Do you want to help create enrichment toys for our animals while learning fun facts about them? Then you’ll love AWCC’s event series: Animal Enrichment Workshop! On the first Sunday of every month from October through April, AWCC is hosting a volunteer animal enrichment workshop in Bison Hall. The three-hour workshop will concentrate on constructing enrichment items and learning about our resident animals from our expert animal care staff.
This event is a great opportunity to help create enrichment “toys” that will engage, stimulate, and entertain our animals all winter long. Children of all ages are welcome, so bring the family by for a fun-filled day!
The Animal Enrichment Workshop is $30 per person and includes project materials, admission, and catered lunch. Participants must RSVP in advance because space is limited. Click here to RSVP for the event.
